Juan Caro

Juan Caro served as the White House Advisor for Puerto Rico Energy Recovery and as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy. Juan previously worked as a Science Advisor to Director Grogan in the Domestic Policy Council, Strategic Communications Assistant at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and a member of the Transforming American Communities team at the Office of American Innovation.

He worked on executive orders that support American food security, reduce seafood imports from China, and create American jobs; improve the health of America’s forests; and modernize the regulatory framework for Ag-biotech products. Juan holds a B.S. in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability from the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University and a master’s certificate from the Harvard Extension School in International Security.
